Petroglyphs - Head west on the Minden road out of Forestville until you reach
Germania Rd. Go south about 1/2 mile and you will reach the park where
these remarkable carvings are located. These were uncovered by the
forest fires in the late 1800's and are the only known petroglyphs in
Michigan.

www.theraymondhouseinn.com
Built in 1872 by a prestigious town founder, the house was
occupied continuously by the Raymond family for 112 years.
Restoration began in 1983; the Inn was placed on the Michigan
Register of Historical Sites in 1992. The Inn's original Victoriana
is preserved; outside are the gingerbread facade, steep sloping
roofs and white icicle trim. Inside are classic mouldings, framed
ancestral photographs, brightly colored bedspreads and lace
curtains.
